Jaxon and Jacob Durham are brothers and college students at the University of Kansas. They started Durham Property Services to build something real — a business grounded in dependable work and fair dealing with their neighbors in Lawrence.
Our jobs are personally managed by Jaxon and Jacob. When you book with us, you know exactly who's overseeing your project — they show up on time, do the work, and leave the property better than they found it.
We're not the biggest operation in town, and we're not trying to be. We're focused on doing good work for the Lawrence community, one job at a time.
