Yard Cleanup
Reserve Your AppointmentChoose a 2-hour or 4-hour appointment. Pay a deposit to reserve your time — it's credited toward your final invoice. Final cost is based on actual hours worked.
Hourly Rates
Two workers; basic hand tools
Dense brush, difficult debris or extra labor
Bagging and ordinary yard cleanup
Ground-level work only; no tree climbing
Minimum Service Charge — $150. The minimum charge for an on-site yard cleanup appointment is $150. After the minimum charge has been met, additional labor is billed at the applicable hourly rate. Power equipment, specialty equipment, hauling, disposal, and materials may be additional.

Rental / Student Move-Out Cleanup
$150 minimumFurniture removal, trash and unwanted-item removal, yard cleanup and general property cleanout. Ideal for KU student move-outs, rental turnovers, apartment cleanouts, landlord property cleanups, and real estate preparation. Pricing is based on labor and load size. Property-manager and multi-unit packages available.
Reservation Deposit Policy
Reservation deposits are non-refundable and are credited toward the final cost of your service. A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work. Any additional labor, disposal fees, materials, or services beyond the original booking will be discussed with you before we proceed.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations, missed appointments, or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
If Durham Property Services must cancel an appointment, you may choose a full refund of the deposit or apply it toward a rescheduled appointment.
